That looks great Wayne. Glad I could assist with a piece to copy the profile off.

Hopefully having a patch panel available now will help a few members out.

Here's a link to our ebay store with some pictures of 1200 ute tray inspection panel. Now that we have the profile we are able to make the ute tray patch panels.

Wayne at this stage I'm hoping my tray floor can be massaged back into shape so I don't plan on cutting it out at this point....but I would be happy to loan you the access plate that pops out in the tray (it allows access to the fuel sender). It has two ribs in it that match the tray profile and is about 150mm square...but I would need it posted back. Also happy to help with pics or measurements if need be. Or if you can think of any easy way I could make a mould of a small section I could possibly do that for you.
Send me a Pm if your interested.

900! Steep but reasonable considering its genuine and is a straight fit. If you got someone to press one up it would probably cost around the same. I probably won't be carrying much, normally ill keep a box in the back.

I know it's just a floor but when you see a 1200 with an immaculate floor it really stands out! Not something you see everyday.

I was going to cut it out and weld this one straight in. My alternative was hardwood straight on top.

Isn't it supposed to be welded around the perimeter?

Yeah but he said he didn't want to send it off to a panel beater if he can help it.
I thought my suggestion was the best for keeping structural integrity without a dodgy glue over job haha.

all i need is a small section of floor to copy, I could then make patch pieces about 300mm square or what ever someone needs,
I would need a section that has 2 ribs in it, it wouldn't matter what condition it was in as long as there is enough information to copy the ribs correctly.
If any ones got something I will happily pay postage for it.
