try a site photobucket.com or an app called photofiltre to get them down to size really easy ways to do it

make sure your images are under 200KB in size. if they're bigger, use an app to resize them or lower the JPG compression when you save it !

edit: oops loosekid hgad already said the same s**t.

you could try an online photo editor. There are probably Apps for photo editing as well
