Seems everyone get emotional when it comes to money !! A part is only worth what someone is willing to pay. Some people pay more because of the convenience, others due to stupidity. I dont think those new jap heads are running out the door all day at $1600 a pop. Good luck with your sale

What do you mean emotional? Im no liar. Just trying to sell an item without being stabbed at by people who want everything for nothing because they are in the datsun community. Well it does not work that way.

That was a good price for a H89 head in excellent condition, check out the prices of new heads ex Japan on ebay that will put the issue perspective.

bit of fuel for the fire, I ended up paying twice as much for a H89 head than it was offered on this forum, some of you might remember the shred fest over a JTS head some years ago (worth the money). I could of picked up on the forum for a reasonable 300 odd, but instead I waited till it hit ebay :S

$700 for a used, plane jane H89 is an awesome thing.

i feel that the price $450 is very fair, the condition is immaculate. not a thing wrong with this head. easily worth $450. I have sold 3 in the past 3 months for $700 and this one is actually the pick of the lot. So i'd prefer if you didnt talk to me about what things are worth and telling me to "share the datto love" when iv done quite a bit of "sharing". There's a difference between putting a stupid price like $1000 on heads, (which by the way i see a lot!) and putting the price of $500-$600 and now dropping to $450, so no i am not taking "advantage" of anyone.

where is the love guys, we need to share the datto love and not taking advantage of our fellow enthusiasts.
I feel that price is a little exorbident but ohhh well.
