Not correct. A 6" wheel is approximately 7" wide overall.

6"=152.40mm/2=76.20mm centerline



offset +12mm
offset +15mm
offset +23mm

Back measure 89mm Face Measure 109mm

76.20+12=88.20 76.20-12=64.20
76.20+18=94.20 76.20-18=58.20
76.20+23=99.20 76.20-23=53.20

According the chassis offset front whell the only offset i can put on My Datsun 1200 2 Door Sedan Year 1973 Europe (Portugal)is +12mm


Back measure

89mm-88.20mm=0.80mm clearance reducted

Face measure

109-64.20=44.80mm clearance


It is correct?

Many people says the use +12mm, +15mm and +23mm offset with any changes.

You have reason, i took the measures when i have the car lifted.

The measures must be taken when i have the car lifted at the the same level at the other front whell?

To choose a correct offset that is the way a i had explain?

13*6 175/60 tyres withh +12 offset according with the standard measures i think they fit?

That is a huge difference.
Can a third person measure a stock 1200???

I take the front measures chassis offset of my Datsun 1200 sedan 2 door sedan, and i have:
face measure 60mm
back measure 109mm

And you have:

face measure 109mm
back measure 89 mm

It is posible.

With measurements of my car i can use 13*6 wheels 175/60 tyres offset +23 mm

6"=152.40
centerline 152.40/2=76.20
76.2+23=99.20
76.20-23=53.20

face measure 60-53.20=6.80 clearance
back measure 109-76.20=32.80 clearance
