I love that you can open the bonnet and looka t it and there is an engine, a battery a radiator and a carby.
If something is wrong it is normally one of these things.
People are always astounded at how little there is in the engine bay.
Good for people like me who get confused by anti pollution and efi and miles and miles of cables.

Thankyou.

Welcome.

As you read through old posts, you will see that we are a diverse group of people with pretty much a single interest in 1200's.

It's strange how so many of us from many countries, find this little car of such interest.

I think this is one of the most active, and interesting sites on the web. And I visit every day.

Hope you have plenty of 'hot tips' to share. The more the merrier.

Chris

Just found this site 1 week prior - Enjoy all that I have seen so far - good to see some real 1200 fans - I am a one owner of a '72 coupe that I purchased in Dec. 1971 in San Diego, CA. Still have the car and I hope I can attach a photo. Very interested in finding streetable front air dam and rear spoiler - it's time to start racing it again. Always ran the A12 - been thru numerous variations - single weber dcoe40 - head work - crower cam regrind - Jahns pistons @ 10.75 - header - exhaust - koni's
