Nissan E10 has similar E15 dished turbo pistons but 73mm
might be worth looking at those for the future if
you can get them cheap which they should be by now.
Many of us will love to hear how you go all the best

Thanks Guys, Yeah +.040" is too big.

I had some standard bore second hand pistons with an undercut dome and 19mm pin. I offset bored the small end of the standard conrods to move the piston down the bore a bit. Also took a touch of the top and machined the ring grooves wider to suit the rings I had on hand.

It was a bit of work but its tuned up again ready for the 2016 Improved Production Nationals at Phillip Island this weekend!

Now just need a 4.4:1 diff ratio!

Cheers

Simon,
I have a set of Arias forged pistons, not new but only had very little use by the look of the. Sold to me as +40's So probably too big for you to use
I'm not sure about the size though. Measured one today, with my pretty #OOPS#ty caliper, and I get 73.25 actual piston width at the ring lands. 19 mm pins, teflon buttons.

Thanks guys, Dattoman, that would be fantastic! Either let me know here or via txt. I've emailed Peter, he has some, but hey are high dome and with the 19mm pin. I may go w them if I don't have an alternative.

Hi All,

I've just pulled down the A12 to re ring it for the Nationals in 3 weeks only to find a cracked piston.

I know some of you have bought pistons from Peter Zerkert (PJZ)over the years, does anyone have a set they would be prepared to sell??

They need to be 73mm. They can be up to .75mm (.030") oversize. Any more than that and it will be over capacity.

If someone knows who might have a set, i'd certainly love to hear from you!

Thanks heaps,

Simon
