try any rare spares place, they generally stock the rubber, they have a generic rubber that may suit five or six cars, i have used it in the sedan and it seems to work and seal fine but it is a bit firm so you need to slam the door pretty hard.

I bought a new set of rubber seals off Scotts Old Auto Rubber, they make rubber seals for anything off any 1200.

Cheers

There is some stuff you can buy called Krytox( I think from memory). It comes in a small tube about 3 inches long. It is used to soften rubber seals and make them more pliable permantly. That is its sole purpose, I've used it in the past to stop doors and boots that are hard to shut, wind noise etc.

One Catch Though..........................ITS VERY EXPENSIVE! but it works and you don't need to use a lot.

I looked for ages to find good rubber parts for my ute, and ended up with two options.

1. Nissan australia sells genuine 1200 rubber kits to this day... HOWEVER i was quoted $1674.00 plus shipping... So screw that option.

2. There's a guy called "the rubber shop" in Queenslad who does exact replicas of all the rubber parts on the car ( including those really annoying 3/4 windows) You get every seal and rubber on the car for $590.00 thats waht I ended up getting, And i can say that they are PERFECT fits. You get a $50 discount if you tell him you saw the ad in the "parts peddler" their no. is (07) 33542053

New rubbers should reduce wind noise, rattles etc.. and help make you car look better
