Datsun 1000's used 3 diferent front guards, at least 5 grilles, 2 or more diferent speedo's, several diferent park lights, 4 or more fender blinkers, 5 windscreens, [2 fitments] 2 dash panels & one bonnet.

man i didnt know there were so many. all i know is that its a datsun 1000 ute. i think its a 1969 model. apart from that how else can i identify what i need

Front guards
all the same except for the hole for the blinker. Round light, short spear, long spear.

Grilles
I think that all the grilles interchange, but there were ones for '67, '68, '69 - '70, plus two coupe grilles [chrome & black] & a ute one. There may be a couple of diferent ute ones.
The '67 grille needs it's matching headlight rims to work.

Windscreens
Non coupes came with Clear Tempered glass, Full tinted, tempered glass [antisun] & clear Laminated.
Coupes have a diferent part number, so i assume they are a diferent shape, but came in full tint tempered glass [antisun] or clear laminated

Lights
There was the '67 park lights, the '68 to '70 & the coupe types. The fender blinkers i have mentioned above. The coupes used the spear types, but with diferent wiring plugs.

Speedo's & Dash's
Basicly there were only two. Coupes, & non coupe's. I think the ute had a smaller crash pad on the top of the dash.

1000's Sedans, wagons, had two dashes, one with a full crashpad that covered the instrument cluster, and the early one that had no crashpad and the cluster sat up on it's own, if u can get an early one and trash the crashpad, they look cool, because the dash under the pad is painted the same as the rest of the car, just glue the ally trim onto the dash.. :)
