I have been on the edge of the fence about slapping on white walls that 1000's came with or not. Any opinions?

If so what are some brand names that make white walls because I have no idea who makes them.

I think Gt Radial make white walls i like them they look phat - there's a blue ute with FJ and 17" simmon's with white walls - looks good. there going to wear out anyway so if you dont like em change them then...

Suggestion.
Get some white shoe cleaner. The type for canvas tennis shoes will do. Next, carefully paint on some whitewalls to the two tyres on one side of the car & stand back & have a look. Take some pictures, maybee start out with thin ones & make them wider. Take more pictures like this one.

The shoe cleaner should wash off with water when you're done & you can post a picture as your computers wallpaper. See how you feel about it over time, & post a picture here if you like.
In the end, it's really a matter of whether YOU like them or not, but for myself, i am rather partial to them, so give it a try.

One of the things that I like about our Datsuns, from a styling perspective, is that the sheet metal that is foward of the tyre is much less than the sheet metal behind the tyre [I'm talking front fender here] This gives the impression that the front end is,... well,... in front. Compare to the Buick[?] in the photo. Just have a look where the front face of the bumper is in relation to the fowardmost part of the tyre.
I love American cars, but not necessarily everything about them.

just my 2cents worth, I think you need a bit more black showing between the rim and the white otherwise yeah I dont mind it
