Have a snapped handbrake cable are you able to use the 120y cable or will i have to get a genuine 1200 coupe cable

Coupe and Sedan ones are the same I think (need to check the parts book).
The Ute ones are shorter inside the cabin, same overall length.
The 120Y one might work:
1. same handbrake lever
2. same wheelbase.
3. Different underbody.

You might need to get one custom made, unless someone else here has a spare one.

hey, l'm currently wrecking a 1200 sedan, and the handbrake cable is working fine on this. Perhaps l can help you out.

Not sure where you live, but postage generally isn't too much anyway (maybe $10). If you are interested, just give me a price and we'll see how we go from there.
