strut remove from wreck

i want to remove the front struts discs and calipers from a stanza wreck.
do i need any special tools ? or do i take just the usual spanners hammer and swear jar

do your plan on taking the lower control arms and such
most of the bolts are just normal 17mm, only hard bit is convincing the tierod ends to come free

yes ill take the control arm too.
Just a 17mm spanner.

you'll also need pliers to get the split pin out of the tie rod nut.

also 2 hammers is useful when splitting ball joints (if you are planning to do this)

a good quality pipe spanner is a must to suit the brake lones is a must, I meant to type lines and if you rough kunts have a better way, good luck

A pipe spanner [we call 'em flare nut spanners,... same thing] is like a ring spanner with a gap around the perimiter so you can put it over ther brake pipe & onto the hex of the flare nut. They are usually made extra thick around the ring to resist flexing when you put some oomph into them.

take a 17mm spanner
a wratchet with a 17mm socket
a hammer
a pair of cutting pliers
some multi grips
maybe a bar to lever stuff
and another hammer(bigger than the first one just incase you get stuck)
