Hi Pepper,

I had a go at this recently on the sunny, took a while but I ended up securing the strut (bolting it to the wheel and getting someone to stand on it), got a massive pair of those multi grip style things (that lock to size, think plumbers use them) and belting it with a large hammer.

Rooted the nuts but had gas shocks to go in anyway and they needed new ones. Oh and they go the normal way.

Cheers

i need bigger guns i think. might be time for a workout.
ill let youse know in 10 mins or so if i can defeat this bastardo thing.

Put the nut in a vice then turn the strut, or stilsons.
