Anybody know if a CA18 will go into a 120Y without changing the engine mounts? I presently have a 180B motor in - with no change to the mounts. Would it be the same for a CA18? Anybody know for sure? Thanks guys...

Ken

If I remember rightly, the L18 can be used in the B210 chassis if the original 180B crossmember is used. Somehow I seem to remember that it bolts into the chassis OK but perhaps it needs to be fitted backwards????

Anyway, if it's an unmodified crossmember it sure isn't a 120Y one

yeah 180b crossmember bolts in, sits the engine in a bad position and needs some slight cutting...but yeah not stock

easiest way to check if it bolts straight onto your crossmember would be to sit it in the engine bay
