How do I upload an avatar when the pixels are the correct 120 x 120 but the Bytes are too much? I can't reduce it any smaller... any ideas?

Just open the picture with Microsoft paint, and save it, no need to do anything to it, that in itself will already reduce the file size(but not pixel size) by 50% if not more.
