Howdy,

A little bit off the thread, But a fun fact all the same.

the odo meter in my car is only used for one thing - to set the service intervals. . . . . . . . . .

it gets reset to zero after every major service

My dato gets a oil and filter change every 200 km.

Brake fluild, gear box oil and coolant change every 400 kms

Diff oil change every ratio change - some times 100km and some times 10kms.

Tyres changed when they wear out - about every 100 kms for the slicks and 200 kms for the treaded.

Lucky I only drive it on sundays or it could get very expensive.

(at the moment it's just expensive)

Cheers,
Geoff
