hey everyone i was just wondering if anyone knows of anywhere in aus that sells low profile 13 inch tyres? i was thinking something along the lines of 155/10 , 155/20 , or even a bit wider like 175. i really want them to be cheapies as well, like real hard compound etc. because the main reason for me getting them (apart from getting even lower ) is to have less grip to make the car fun, it's running semi's at the moment but has too much grip to have fun lol
any help greatly appreciated
cheers
jed

155 70 are pretty cheap and good for low profile, but saw 165 60 13 on a daewoo matiz last night, they look mighty low profile.

i have 165 65 13 on front and looking for another 165 70 13 for rear, slightly larger profile to keep speedo more accurate

I asked the same question to a guy from tyrepower who was in work the other day, he said that Nankang do a 195/50/13? Im looking some for mine to.

which would equate to a 97.5 tyre wall, low enough?

the Matiz profile would work out to a 99

175/50's work out to 87.5

Thats all if my fingers arnt too fat and im working it out right???

yeah 195/50's are ok sidewall wise but still not very small and too wide, 175's are probably the width i want but yeh, ideally a 30 or lower profile
thanks for all the help guys, lemme know if anyone find any awesome low profiles, i think 3-4cm of profile would be awesome

haha but imagine how awesome it would look and how low it would be i'd love a set of 12's if they cleared my brakes but sadly they don't :( is 145/70 the standard tyre size?
