That's a set of NZ plates on the green coupe..?

There was a boarding college for Asian students in my old home town and quite a few of them used to buy older cars like mini's etc and ship them back home once they had finished their schooling. Wonder if that's the coupe's story..?

Unless I miss my guess, that looks a lot like a facelift model Datsun Sunny Excellent dash assembly to me.
Sunny 1200's had a single hump on the right side.
Excellent's had symetric double humps with curved glove box lid.

Ive never seen a coupe in this color what a beauty.
Seems to have gaffa tape above the tailights from
rust from the boot water drainage?
