Does anyone know if you can still engineer a ca18det in a 1200 ute I heard they are changing the rules

For a cheap car these datos can get super expensive....! All the bits for my ute have been acquired, I only need time and a panel beater/painter! Anyone able to help

The rules changed start of financial year this time and the RTA dont advertise when they are planning on doing these sort of things so if you want to do it then do it while you can!
