explain why they don't fit (hitting in the diameter or on the front face) and if you are using steel or alloy wheels, it's not uncommon to gring some material off the back of the caliper to make clearance

Even better are they 250 or 280mm rotors. The larger won't fit under 13's

He uses 13 inch super light style rims rc

We don't know. 13" wheels are all shaped a little differently. S13s used larger wheels.

take some pictures of where its hitting. Spacers may move the inner welds or lip of the rim further away from the calipers. It depends on manufacture and offset of rim.

see how on the inside the rim tapers towards the face of the wheel

Hey hey

In having the same problem.

Just mocked together the brakes on some spare struts to see if they would fit over my newly acquired ssr mk's 13x7j

The hit on the caliper on the following place. I chalked them to find out. I'm planning in running a small spacer but filing the caliper did come to mind

My rx7 stuff has been shaved down to fit 14's over them, you are able to take a small amount off of the callipers and as people have said it depends on wheel style and offset
