Hi i will be stripping my motor down soon to see if my knocking problem is my conrod bearings (most likely)

so i just want to know in advance what are good bearings out there? I rebuilt this motor 30000km ago with KING bearings (never heard of them it what the shop gave me)

I checked all the clearances and were fine with STD size.

so after research the stock nissan bearings seem to be a triple layer arrangement

not sure what these king bearings were

so i am looking for something decent that can take high revs (even though 6000rpm dosnt seem much for an A12??)

I looked in acl catalouge and they only have the duraglide bearing part numbers but nothing in there race series for these motors.

does anyone know a good triple layer bearing?

i service it every 5000km so dirt wont be an issue for a harder type bearing.

if i find something good il most likely change the mains aswell

Thanks!

Nothing wrong with King bearings. I use them in my race engine build.
