Hi .... i am michael papachristoforou.

I need some help on my project..
I have discover some rust on the floor when i removed the stone chip from the floor.. the rust went through the floor and a pice of the suspention!!!! i need some help (tips) on reparing it tanx !!

Cut and weld is the solution. Use high strength steel sheet metal as Datsun used originally

ok how must i make with the suspention part on the botom.. some one told me i must just clean it with a wire brus on a grinder and then fiber glas over the hole floor to about 5 mm thick.. ?

Much better to cut the rusty parts out. Then weld in new metal.

Borg Warner rear end, as used in 1976-78 120Y sedans. They are the same width as the 1200 diff & somebody in the past has replaced your original H145 diff. I bought a 1200 coupe for parts in 1985, mainly for the A12 5 speed & it had one of these in it. Drove the car home then wrecked it out, cause the repair list to get it registered was 2 foolscap pages long. it was dark green with a vinyl roof. Long time past.

Okok is it a better (stronger) diff than the h145 ? ? What is the difference.?

Looks like you're slowly getting there. Good work with the restoration so far.

Oh and the Borg Warner rear axle is stronger than the standard h145. Its about the same strength as a h165 apparently.
