I'm looking for an oval port DCOE manifold for my B210/120y. It doesn't have to be super rare or anything, just a basic oval port intake that can be used with a 40 DCOE. I'm Macon, GA in the USA and would need the manifold shipped there.

I've already contacted pierce manifolds and alamo motorsports as the tech wiki suggests. Pierce doesn't carry the manifold anymore and Alamo has yet to get back in touch with me.

Please let me know what you have and the price as well as where it will be shipped from or the shipping quote. Thank you and have a great day.

Thanks D, I sent him an email. His site doesn't have any listed, but I'm hoping for the best.

Would that have been Rowland? They do carry some manifolds for Datsuns, but I don't see anything for the A-series. I may be reading it incorrectly though.

So big question here. How much porting would be involved going from round to oval and would I be able to get similar to the same flow rates from doing this as I would get from an oval manifold?

I ask because I found a round port manifold and there is enough material to port it to oval, but what would be the point if the manifold still restricts the flow somewhere between the head and carb in the runners? Sadly I can't see this part in person so without having it in my hand I don't know how open the runners are.

I'm very tempted to throw this carb money into getting a wilwood pedal box and master cylinders and just going for dual DCOEs next summer. Those manifolds are much easier to find, but then I lose the brake booster and have the job or routing new brake lines.

Single DCOE will not make more power than a single down draft 32/36 on the stock manifold. Save your money for dual DCOEs which have ITB manifolds. A new pedal box is not required.

I thought dual DCOEs had severe fitment issues with the B210 brake master cyl? I don't mind getting rid of the booster, but doesn't the dual setup still hit the master without the booster?

I'm not trying to be spoon fed here, but I really don't know what brake modifications in the tech wiki will work on the B210 when it comes to master cyl relocation or reverse mounting. If you wouldn't mind pointing me in the right direction or clarifying which mods will allow the dual setup to fit so I can have a better understanding, that would be great.

Ditch the booster and fit a slightly smaller master.

You could make your own simple manifold and run r1 carbs, cheap, sound awesome and lighter than webers. Look at some youtube vids on ka24de with quad bike carbs for an example that they do flow very good for all size motors when tuned well.
I used to run quad bike carbs some 15 years ago with success, went to a bike tuner do the adjustments, jet sizing and was a blast in my A16.
