Change in Xmembers?

Hi Guys,

Hoping someone could tell me if there was ever any change in the engine Xmembers (1200 a12 of course) over the years?

Looking at swapping x members over and cant tell is all

I know the engine mounting changed on the later model utes, but I don't think crossmember mounting to the body ever changed.
Im sure someone else out there will know 100%

The only change to the crossmember was when they changed from the early 1200 engine to the "new improved" version of it for the '74 [?] model This involved a new engine mount tower on the right side, so the complete welded up crossmember assembly was diferent, but the crossmember itself [sans mounts] remained unchanged.

As far as i know, this same part is still in production in the South African "Bakkie' which is the 1200 ute, but with A14 engine. It's still in production some 33 years later [Yaaaay]
