If you mean blasting about on CLOSED roads,yeah iv'e done it..
If you mean blasting about on OPEN roads, done that aswell,haven't been caught though......

you mean like caught speeding during the course of a rally? Here you would be DQ'd for getting caught because the police tend to take your materials and bust other cars in the rally.
