The 63a Aseries box is very strong.... i think it could handle 200Hp. they are 5speed.. i think there the same internals as a Stanza box but for Aseries motors..they are rare.. i think Errol (datrats.com) has a couple in hydro and cable clutch.

The toyota/dellow converstion will cost around $1500 minimum. I waited till a 63a came up and bought it for around $800

dellow kit 1500 dollars minimum, how do u work that, the dellow kit is 710 bucks and a sprinter 5 speed is like 150, make a new mount urself, and you could do it easily for 900 bucks.

phantom grips arnt such a bad thing, do a search here there has been good discussion over them, also "sprung load locker"

i have made one myself for someone else but they havent tested it yet,

i actually bought one from another company though for $250, and used it in my rally car, it was really a good thing

the one a made cost about $30 (incl $22 for springs)

and it's not hard to make with a mill if you know anyone that has one

i plan to make more, but have been so busy with other stuff (injection) so it hasnt happened yet

Kegs you are forgetting on top of your $900 you will need a clutch (usually hydraulic) and tailshaft with that. You can add $500 there.

RC, Im really interested in the Lockers can you let me know where you got one for a H165. Also do they do one for the H190 as well?

I ran one of these behind a decent 1600 twincam no probs, and they put 2 litre 16valve donks in front of em in england....
