hey guys, has any one bought stuff off ebay before and paid for it but havent gotten the item? i bought a bov off a guy and ive emailed him probly 5 times and he has replied like twice and they were very stupid replies, like ohh i didnt know u needed my bank details and ohh send the money and ill post it, this is three weeks after the auction ended, what can be done?

yes it is a verry good idea to check their user rating befor you buy
i got burnt on a boost gauge I sent the money and didnt get it it turned out he didnt even exist i looked up his user rating and came up with zero i have learnet now

Just log in to ebay with your ID
go to disputes and let ebay know your problem. They are really good, I have done a lot thru ebay and they are quick to respond and hassle bad sellers.

i have had exaclly same thing happen i bought a turbosmart bov 250$and the guy sold it underneath me 2 a suposable mate, and now im stuck with suspension & 250$ down and he told ebay that i wouldnt pay. grr
thank god i have his address!
i have been through all the fraud claims ect they are no help!
been 2 weeks and havnt done anything,
