i was browsin ebay and came across an rb20 redtop like in my zed, this is one of the questions asked by a potential buyer:

Q: Do You recon this motor will fit in a 1987 pulsar q im modin up?
15-Jan-06
A: This motor is a straight six! Would be to big for the engine bay. Pulsars use a four cylinder!Could also have way to much power to weight!!

wtf is this guy on!!!!!!!!
id love to see it jammed sideways in a pussar q ha ha

This goes to show that some people have no idea!!!

He might think that they put sr in pulars and same as silva, and a rb20 fits in a silva.

What a knob head.

I dunno ... somebody put a straight six in a Datsun 1200. I also saw a Honda Accord with a large V8 ... anything is possible.

The one that I just LOVE.........
Wow...... what sort of 1/4 mile time will it do?

I like to reply with "First I'll have to finish it, then I'll have to run it and then I'll be able to tell you".

I remember about 10 years ago friends had a holden straight six powered N12 pulsar. Caught many people by suprise at lights seeing it bag the rear wheels and fishy off up the road.
I guess it does come down to stupid questions. As if you need to ask if it will fit, chances are even if it did, the person asking still couldnt make it fit.

The most stupid question I always got asked when working on cars in a workshop.
My head under a bonnet or dash etc, customer walks up "This your car is it" - " yeah I come to work and work on my cars "
