So there have been some offers for the 1000. This is it in its the present condition (minus the car cover it lives under):

bump... I got quite a few emails and PMs. To all those who contacted me thanks but nobody has actually come and got the car???

Some more details for those people asking:
I handed in the plates in about June 2004. At the time it was drivable and has a 1200 engine fitted and very little rust. It is a 2 door sedan DeLuxe model with all the badges still there (and factory purple tint glass). It has not been started or touched since i put it up on axle stands and under a car cover in June 2004.

I do not know how much it would cost to ship/transport it to New Zealand, Brisbane, Victoria or Sydney (or down the road for that matter).

I was after about 500 bucks but if somebody is actually serious about taking it away and not just tyre kicking you should make an offer.

Thanks guys...

Ok, oan878 seems to be the only serious bidder around here ($200 and willing to come all the way from Brissy to Newie to fetch it). Unless any of the other people who contacted me get back to me oan878 will get the nod...

So the 1000 is (at this stage) going to a new home tomorrow for $250 bucks... a Newcastle bloke, Josh, who rallys a stanza wants it as a new project/motorkhana car.

I WAS going to buy it.

I think it's poor form to steal a purchase from someone that has already agreed a price.
