Im going to look at a 720 ute over the weekend Its a diesel ,Ive spoken to kev rowley and he said there wouldnt be a problem with putting a vn v6 into it and regestering it in QLD.....
What should I look for , were do they rust out .......
would the diff be decent enough are they strong ?

I had one for a couple of years. Worst rust was in the passenger side floorpan, along the outside of the roof, and particularly between the tray and cab (it was a dual cab)- lots of leaves and crap get caught there.
