Get em rolled at a sheet metal shop,give them a section to copy,and tell them how long you want them.
I don't remember how much they where last time i got them done,but i remember it was only beer money

I rolled some up for a Toyota celica that were about a 1m long. Its not hard for a sheet metal shop with a set of manual sheet metal rollers and a bender unit.

They could make them out of 1mm zinc anneal sheet and would be smick.
