TORQUE WRENCH SETTINGS

Cylinder head bolts 74 Nm - 54.6 ft/lb
Connecting rod nuts (big ends) 37 Nm - 27.2 ft/lb
Flywheel bolts 88 Nm - 65 ft/lb
Main bearing cap bolts 59 Nm - 43.5 ft/lb
Camshaft sprocket 47 Nm - 34.7 ft/lb
Camshaft locating plate 8 Nm - 6 ft/lb
Sump bolts 6 Nm - 4.4 ft/lb
Oil strainer bolts 14 Nm - 10.3 ft/lb
Crankshaft pulley bolt 196 Nm - 144.6 ft/lb
Timing chain cover bolts 7 Nm - 5.2 ft/lb
Rocker pedestal bolts 25 Nm - 18.4 ft/lb
Valve rocker adjusting nut 22 Nm - 16.2 ft/lb
Sumpplug 29 Nm - 21.4 ft/lb

I'm not sure where these originally came from but I think they're right. I doubt you'll have any luck finding small end torque settings.
