A12 Auto Tranny

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to put an auto tranny behind the A12. Will any 210 auto tranny do? I'm assuming the output yokes are different. but are there any other details I should be aware of? (Tunnel width shouldn't be an issue.)

The output shafts are all the same.

Yes, any 210 auto transmission will do. You need a matching radiator, as this is a water cooled transmission. Autos for early A12 were air-cooled. But they will swap one to the other.

The yoke on the driveshaft depends on which car you are talking about. For the Datsun B110 with A12, use an automatic driveshaft 1971-1974. For the Datsun B310 with A12(A), use an automatic driveshaft 1975-1982.
