hi guys wanna know where i can get a set of front indicators for my 1k ute? or can you let me know what you use instead, i've currently got some #OOPS#box led things in there and they're as bright as a candle in a sand storm

If they're the same as the sedans i think you can use the 1600 arrow style ones ... There was a mention of it in the wiki somewhere ...

3. 1970: Long spear (13cm+). Same as Datsun 510 "1600"

The short ones are only 10cm ...

Do you know the name of the company that makes repo ones for the front?
Im still chasing a right side clear lens for the front.

As some of you have mentioned above, the spear lights on the guards are about 10cm long.
I just got a set off ebay and can confirm these are the same as the original 1000 ones, they even have the same everwing numbers stamped into the lens.

You want the 26160-B0101, as they are the short ones,
NOT the 26160-B0110 as they are the long ones.

I saved that ebay listing in my favourites to watch how long it would take to go.
I just checked it to see if anybody here had snaped it up yet, wow that went fast.


Ok There is another listing for a guard indicator on boost cruising for 1 side only,
The guy lists it as 1600 but the photo looks like the shorter 1000 one.
Here is a link to the ad...

If anyone wanting a 1000 indicator were to give the guy a call, Im guessing he would be able to confirm sizes.

His ad says Location: NSW: Regional, Delivery Methods: PickUp
