Damn I've forgotten how to do it! Chris will know.

Copy the embed code offered under the video (you may have to click the share option first).

It looks like this (I selected the old embed code):

We need this bit:

https://www.youtube.com/v/lM5UANKMVkA

Put flash either side like so (don't insert the commas like I did) use this button
:

"[flash=,]"https://www.youtube.com/v/lM5UANKMVkA"[/flash]"

And then once the parameters for Flash videos are in it displays like this:

Don't forget the 'preview' tab when creating a post does not display the video! You have to submit it to see it.

ya lost me, doesnt work for me, what do you mean "once the parameters for flash are in"

When you click the red flash button all it does is put the flash coding either side of the link.
