Guys,
I have dropped a shitty A12 into my second coupe just to get it going (for the fun). Everything is in place i.e. gearbox, driveline, engine but it wont start.
I cant check to see if the wiring is right because my other coupe is at the spray painters (still!).
I changed some of the wiring and the starter motor kicked in, BUT it didnt mesh with the flywheel. It just sounded like it was spinning (not grinding). I have changed the
starter motor with two other ones and all 3 starter motors did the same thing. They all cant have stuffed solenoids, surely. Do I have a problem with the wiring? Please help
