Do you want front or rear sump? I have a rear sump L18 sump & pick up that I swapped over for a Stanza sump & pick up. Should be close enough to work. I'll try & find it & get a weight.

Its to go in a 620 Ute. Was told I needed a 1600 one. Is there much difference?

They are quite different. The rear sump models like the 1600 & the 180B have the engine crossmember under the front of the motor, so the deep part of the sump is to the rear. With the front sump cars like the Stanza (A10),200B (810)& Bluebird (910)have the crossmember go under the back of the motor, so the deep part of the sump goes to the front. Will try & find the sump to measure it.

The Datsun 510 (1600) uses a mid-sump pan, so if that's what you needed ... a rear sump pan probably won't work. You can look under your 620 and see if a rear sump pan fits. Sometimes the steering linkage is right there

I've definitely got the right hand sump, but it has an oil return pipe & a dip stick fitted to it. You might be able to find something close to yourself through the Nissan Datsun club of SA. I'd search engine them.
