Hey guys
Does anyone know how to get photos from their phone uploaded it keeps telling me that they are too big to load?

Yes
* If you are using Android, get the Resize Me! app or another free photo resizing app.
* If you are using iPhone, get the Image Resize app or other free resizing app.
Resize the photo on your phone, then upload the resized copy the app creates. Resize it to 200kb or smaller -- or to 1024x768
