Hi all I have an h89 head i can't use the heater outlet at the back as it's going in to a morris minor.

I was wondering where a good place to feed water for the turbo and heater might be.

I was trying to see if theres somewhere I could safely tap..

There is a flat 'boss' just to the lower right of the thermostat housing that I've tapped for a turbo CTS (coolant temp sensor). I think from memory it was about 16mm. Hope that helps.
Can post a picture if your not sure.

Yeah that's an option as well - The area I used was on the exact opposite side
Either/or, whatever works

My turbo motor someone used a Tee fitting on the heater tap on the back of the engine head. Just throwing that idea out there.

I have a bottom water outlet that has 2 branches rather than just the normal single branch that I pulled off an engine. Its still useable. Could send it to you for the price of postage
