hey ya'all, any body got any ideas on wot datty1200 coupes or sedans arec selling for at the mo, u can start with standard as, if u like, im in nz, so any frm here wuld b gr8, but my father leaves for th states in april so price frm there, (ddgonzal??) he will grace ur shores for bout a year, so i mite b visitin 2!!

Which state is your father going to?

More or less stock Coupes go for $500-$1500 USD. Modified ones are $1500 and up.

i think he will b goin 2 evry state but the cold 1!!!!(alaska!!LOL) he will b wrkin for a truckin co. i think it will b based out of little rock, arkasas, but i will find out mo, if u like. are these cars readily avail, i mean is it hard 2 find these cars, will i need to change LH drive etc???

1200s are not "readily" available, but there are generally one or two for sale across the country at any given time.

All cars sold in the US are left-hand drive ... but we can drive RHD cars here, no change is required.

There are apparently far more 1200s for sale in Australia ... so unless you want a 2-dr sedan (which is hard to find), there is no advantage in buying here and shipping to Australia. There have been a 2-dr sedan or two in New Zealand, so keep your eyes open, say maybe on exchangepoint.co.nz.
