the belt will cover across the back door opening - making it awkward for any backseat passengers to get in/out
The factory stock seat+shoulder belts are the same ... they bolt to the same places, and hang down where the back seat passengers have to climb in.

also problems retracting
What problems retracting? Unless the retractors are bad ... the stock fixed shoulder belt is always getting caught in my door, unless I detach it from the seat belt. The retractors did not have that problem.

The only problem with the B210 single-belt solution (the shoulder and seat belt are one piece) is that the retractor is slightly bigger, but it sits down quite low.
