My 1200 has a couple of rust probs.

When I got it the front guards had been welded on to the front air dam and at the bottom where they bolt up to the sills.

My prob is that I had to cut them off and there for I'm missing small parts of the front air dam.

So can any one tell me an eazy way to remake the front air dam. All I'm talking about is about 10 mm of space to full in.

I would fix it with a welder if I had one but can get my hands on one untill easter, so looking for ideas now.

Thanks Blair
