i basically have the same setup, have you boxed the entire carby?, i have just put a box on top of the carb as i had a boxed carb on a previous setup and it was a pain in the arse, the reason i ask is because i thought the carb would only take about 10psi before it starts squirting petrol out seals and stuff???
