getting the springs reset would be the best and proper way to do it.

But i put 2inch lowering blocks in mine in easy took no time havent had any problems. cost me $60... but also depends what motor?? i have heard people with CA's in 1200s had heaps of axel tramp problems with lowering blocks.

but yes if you wanna spend few more dollars and do it properly.... reseting is the way.
