Generally ALL of the mods will be included in the Engineers Certificate. And that Certificate Serial Number will be printed onto the registration label that you put on the window of your car. If it's not on the sticker..then the registration is not valid. This is the way the cops think. It means that it's not been blue slipped with the modifications.

Some Engineers charge on a "per modification" basis, others just give a quote and charge you that. expect $300-$500 for a CA conversion.
