all of the bushes and the other components are in great condition, no problems there.

I did adjust it and was not able to see any "noticable" movement or repositioning of the diff. i am reluctant to go too far causing the rod to "fall out"?
I might try another inch or so and see if that makes the tyre clear the wheel arch.
