Main thing at this point is dual valve springs. I tried contacting Crane, but they dont return my calls. I had a set from my cam grinder, but they were a hair too big in diameter so they were binding. I am running stock ones at the moment. I think I need more pressure for the cam im running.

myko2,
Are you sure yo need duals?

I just got done dealing with valvesprings for my 1608. Last year I bought one of the last Crane cams for the A-series engines from Crane, on a close-out sale. I got a brand new F-22/280-2-10-NC cam for $55!
This cam has [In] .420" and [Ex] .441" of lift. This week I finally am ready to assemble the head and needed the proper springs. The recomended springs are discontinued throught Crane. They were part# 902-0002 and are a single spring rated at 80 lbs. closed at 1.531" installed height, and 209 lbs. at 1.131".

In any case, I scoured the Isky catalog and ordered a set of their JA-006 inner springs to add to my stock outers, measured them together with my spring tester- no good, not enough pressure.

Next, I got out my extra set of Nissan Motorsport competition dual springs with aluminum retainers. These were far too stiff for my Crane cam.

Finally, I did a google search for the correct Crane springs [the 902-0002's] and was really lucky to find them here: http://www.aptfast.com/ It turns out that this firm primarily deals with the "other" A-series engine, the British ones. Just by chance, they use the same valvespring sizes as the Datsun A-series.

It turns out that they have two sets left, so I bought one of them this morning for $58.81 + $6 UPS shipping. BTW, they initially thought they didn't have them, only to later realize that they had renumbered the part number recently to S-002-8. I was really lucky to find them and now there is only one set left. How much lift is your cam? If even these single Crane springs aren't enough for your cam, you could always add the Isky inners and that should do it.
