These later engines are a good choice, but from about 1974 [B210 model] they moved a few things about .
The altenator was moved from down low on the left, to up high on the right. To make room for it, the distributor was moved back to be near No.3 cylinder. To make this all work, the fuel pump was pushed back, & to make room, the right side engine mount was also moved back a little.
The left side was not touched.
To fit the later engine, you can either
A....Use a front crossmember from a 74 & later ute. [B120] These used the later type of engine, so the finished job would look "factory", or.....
B.... modify the right side mounting tower to pick up the new right side engine mount insulator [the rubber bit]
You will also need to modify the wiring to pick up the new altenator position.
It might be an idea to switch the thermostat housing from your original engine if the A15 one is not pointing in the right direction.
It's not a hard job, but it is a rewarding one.
