well in my experiance of putting in a newer A series in place of the old one in my 74 120Y all i needed to do was change the intake side engine mount, and it bolted up fine. all wiring reached and was not tight and everything went on okay. i put in an A14 and had no troubles i did the conversion in a day. that included putting on the booster and other items from a late 120Y. you make things a lot harder than they seem most of the time dodgeman i like your ways of looking at all things that could go wrong but you can scare people away from doing things with your exasperating indepth views. no need to make things harder than they are.....
