getting it lifted is pretty much the same as having any work done on leaf springs, best way is to have it reset by a suspension shop, also check that the rubber pads the spring sits against haven't been cut down. this could be how it was lowered before. With a decent set of shocks, new bolts and some extra shims in the upper control arm to give better camber they can handle fantastic
