I've just been offered a Datsun 5-speed (I can only assume from behind an L-series engine) for pretty much nothing.
Would it be cheaper and easier to fit behind my a15 than the celica box thats already sitting in my shed?

do all L-series 5-speeds have hydrolic clutches? And how hard is it to put a hydrolic clutch in a car with a mchanical clutch?
